Last week I commented critically on the confused state of mind the American public seems to bring to the issue of health-care reform.
It would be helpful, therefore, if amid this sea of confusion President Obama reiterated once more, concisely and crisply, the three overarching goals of health-care reform on which, extremism aside, there seems to be bipartisan agreement:
